Terms of employment

So far BF LLC has been trying to establish the most suitable conditions to attract highly-skilled professionals: adequate wage level (exceeding the average index for the city and the territory and paid in due time twice a month), social safety net, proper working environment and labour instruments for competent performance of duties, dining rooms on each production floor, transportation of employees to and from their place of work by company-owned vehicles.

Social responsibility

BF LLC was one of the first enterprises to be granted the status of a socially responsible employer. This is indicative of efforts made by the company and its reputation. Social responsibility means non-infringement of labor legislation, compliance with the established employment quota for disabled persons, fulfilment of obligations under the corresponding social partnership agreement, continuing professional development of employees, twice a month payment of wages in full and in due time etc. Company employees are often engaged in various contests held to prove their skills and knowledge. Current status of a socially responsible employer could only be achieved by joint efforts of company management and all its other workers.

All workstations are certified and each staff member should undergo regular performance appraisal and participate in continuing professional development programmes. The company takes all necessary measures to create a comfortable working environment. Occupational health and safety issues

Special consideration is given to occupational health and safety issues. Employees receive regular medical examination and are offered an opportunity to engage in sports activities (the company rents a gym hall in the sports club "Dawn" and a swimming pool lane). Company teams often take part in sports contests (football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis) held for enterprises of city significance. Besides, the company rents an unroofed outdoor tennis court.
